2. Data we process
Through the contact form: name, email address, phone number, interest (puppy, stud, female, international shipping or other), contact preference, message and submission date. We also record the IP address and a technical identifier to prevent spam and abuse.
We do not request special category data. You do not need to provide more than the fields marked as required.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to answer your enquiry, inform you about availability and, if requested, manage a reservation. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) covers site security and spam prevention. We do not use your data for marketing communications without your express consent.
4. Retention
We keep contact data for as long as there is a relationship or for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and any legal responsibilities. Technical security logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months, unless a longer legal retention period applies.
5. Recipients and processors
To run the site we use providers acting as data processors: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN and abuse protection), Resend (transactional email delivery) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (aggregated, cookie-free analytics). These providers may process data outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses and/or adequacy decisions).
We do not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes. We will only disclose it where legally required or necessary to defend our rights.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contacto@granabullies.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
If you believe we have not handled your request correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security and minors
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures: HTTPS, security headers, access control, data minimisation and anti-spam protection. No system is infallible, but we review our configuration regularly.
The form is not intended for children under 14. If you are younger, ask a parent or legal guardian to contact us.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
